The BCA Junior Coaches Programme is designed to revolutionise your coach training within your setting. Working alongside your lead coaches, we tailor-make the programme to work within your club. Our comprehensive coaching manual allows junior coaches to work at their own pace, completing coaching goals, developing their own coaching ethos, and learning how you deliver cheerleading within your programme.
Our instructors will visit you within your setting and run a full day of training for your junior coaches. We focus mainly on developing the attitude and vision of your coaching staff, as well as working through their coaching manual and explaining what they can expect to learn on their coaching journey.
Package 1 (Bronze) £300
- Up to 5 junior coaches
- 10-4pm (5 hours inclusive of lunch)
- Workbook for each Junior Coach
- Ongoing support for Head Coaches/Mentors to help with any aspects of the workbook afterwards.
- 2 check in per season to see how the Junior Coaches are doing.
- Certificate of completion.
Package 2 (Silver) £450
All of the Bronze package PLUS the addition of a Junior BCQ Level 1 Qualification upon completion of the Workbook.
50% saving on the qualification per person!
Package 3 (Gold) £550
- Up to 10 junior coaches
- 10-4pm (5 hours inclusive of lunch)
- Workbook for each Junior Coach

- Quarterly check in per season to see how the Junior Coaches are doing.

Package 4 (Platinum) £800
All of the Silver package PLUS the addition of the Junior BCQ Level 1 Qualification upon completion of the Workbook.
